Distance Learning Survey

  • General, non-course specific survey. Purpose:

    • evaluate the general effectiveness of Distance Learning

    • identify any existing problems and areas of improvement

  • Students that take at least one Distance Learning course should be asked to take the survey once per semester, in addition to the course specific evaluations.

Online Orientation Survey

  • To be administered at the end of the Online Orientation course. It should be a requirement for the course completion.
